A rádió kialakításának alapját a Mustárházban működő médiakör adta, a kezdetekben közel 30 önkéntes szorgoskodott a rádió körül, ki csak a háttérben, ki pedig az első vonalban. Az idők során az adástükör gyakran változott, de szinte folyamatosan 30-35 tematikus műsorból válogathattak mindig is a hallgatók.
